Metallic Epoxy Floors in Escondido

The topcoat is what protects the shine. We run a UV-stable polyaspartic so the floor does not amber the way cheaper big-box kits do after a couple of Escondido summers.
Newer builds out in Harmony Grove and the San Pasqual Valley sometimes carry HOA rules about visible garage work and material staging in the driveway. We coordinate around that and keep the site clean.
